Returns and Refunds

How It Works

We want you to be completely satisfied with the product you have purchased.  As such we would strongly recommend you check all your order details before submission.  

We will always endeavour to contact you to check any details that are not clear to ensure the product we produce for you is perfect.  

However, if there is an occasion where we do not get that right, and if, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, then please get it touch with us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will do our best to rectify this for you.  

If you change your mind once you have submitted your order, then please get in touch with us straight away.  If we have not begun to process your order, we will arrange a refund.  However, due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, if we have started to process your order then we will not be able to cancel this.  

If you receive your order, and you have changed your mind, then due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products we will not accept any returns. 

If your order contains an error, then we will rectify this if it is the error of H-Art and Soul Creations.  We would ask you return the incorrect order back to us, prior to you new order arriving.
